This project documents a day in the life of a Campus Recreation Associate Director, exploring the people, decisions, and interactions that define her leadership. As I photographed her throughout meetings and daily responsibilities, our conversations revealed a career shaped by growth, mentorship, and nearly 20 years of evolving experience. The resulting series captures leadership not just as a title, but as a lived practice.
